A brief explanation of the title, Sepiated Spirals - スト-カ-...

We carry notebooks everywhere in our college lives, with often a different one for each class, so the simple act of writing down our thoughts at the turn of a fresh page is always available.

Altogether, biology, English, math, come together into a myriad of experiences and ideas throughout the day.

Old ideas combine with new, and we learn from our sepia-toned past.

The background image is a sepia-tone shot of interlinked spiral notebooks - the eiptome of Sepiated Spirals.

Sadies Dance [SOON TO BE EDITED]

Yesterday was the big Sadie's Dance we've been waiting for. It was a blast; definitely the best dance I've been to (though only second..). Becky asked me using pistachios with notes in them, and I replied with a big YES in glow-in-the-dark stars on her bedroom ceiling.
Everyone had different color shirts (the girls chose them).
These were the colors/couples:
  • Becky/me - bright green (she used glow-in-the-dark paint on ours, so they were even better :þ )
  • Sarah/Jordan - light blue
  • Cherisa/Matt - red
  • Sadie/Ryan - purple
  • Jerika/Dallen - white
  • Tara/Taylor - black
  • Kenzie/Nash - dark blue

At 3:00 we met up at the Lion's Park to play frisbee, then we left to do random things around town and record them on video. Wal-Mart seemed the best place to go, so that's where we drove first. On the way, we did a Chinese Fire Drill here and there....

--Ya know...we recorded all of this...I'll see what I can do about putting it on Youtube and posting it here so you can SEE and not have to read it all--

This is some stuff we didn't record:
At 4:00ish, we went to Becky's to eat fruit for an appetizer, then went to Kenzie's for pizza. It was good stuff...
--recordings going from Kenzie's house to Sarah's--
At Sarah's we ate dessert (ice cream w/toppings), then left to the SVC to watch Jordan and Matt dance. It was pretty cool. Then we went to the dance and partied it up. What do you get when you put 14 wierd people together at once? Well, does 'utter craziness' mean anything to you? 'Nuff said...
We took pictures around 9:00, and left to go to Cherisa's to play games and eat s'mores.
Killer Frog, Phantom, and Follow the Judge. Finally we went back to a packed dance with a bunch of the jocks and popular people crowding it. Still, our little group found a spot and did weird shtuff like our "swimming" circle.....hahaha....
We took Sadie and Ryan home around 11, and Becky and I sat and talked for a bit before she dropped me off at my house to end it all.
It was fun, and I can't wait until we get together again to watch the videos we made.

Good times

Yesterday was Becky's birthday...I was happy because she was excited and happy. It was awesome. Best feeling in the world....haha, anyway, I've Maximum Ride to read so until next time.

Reminder: Get stars for room--It's too amazing to pass up

Mmm..

I have a new favorite snack (it's not a favorite food, because Italian food takes that slot :þ ):
  • Wal-Mart brand Doritos (I haven't tried it with real Doritos yet)
smothered in....
  • parmesan cheese
It's good stuff!

Turn of events

I'm eligible to do things now.

State jazz went pretty well. I thought we played okay, and Scott Wilson, Mr. Bird, and some other guy thought so, too. But the judges didn't....two gave us 2-'s, and we averaged a 2 overall. The rest day got.....interesting. I'll keep it to myself for now.

Becky asked me to Sadie's :D She gave me a bag of pistachios and some shells had pieces of paper in them. I replied to her by rearranging the stars on her bedroom ceiling to say YES. It was cool :) (Woohoo! I'm going to Sadie's with Becky!)

Asian Kung-Fu Generation is still amazing. They have new songs I didn't even know about. Good times...
I can't think of anything to say, so I'm off.

Survival is imminent

Hahahahahahahahahaha....oops

Mrs. Christensen has done what she can to fix my grade, so hopefully Brown will let it be changed.

I'm Seyton (Street says you say it [see-ton]) and a soldier in Macbeth. Seyton is Macbeth's lieutenant and servant, with a total of 5 lines!! So anyway, it's all gonna be cool.

Thursday's the day

It looks like I'll find out on Thursday if I can make up that 'I'. Mrs. Whats-her-face will be back from FBLA by then. I'll update...
